During the above time frame, some users may have experienced difficulties accessing logs through our Admin Portal on the APAC-01 region.

Impact:

  • Affected: Log access services were temporarily unavailable, and log data processing was delayed.
  • Unaffected: All other services, including DNS traffic and content delivery, remained fully operational.

Root Cause:

  • An internal configuration issue within our logging infrastructure temporarily affected log accessibility and has led to delays in log data processing.

Resolution:

Our technical team promptly identified and resolved the configuration issue. Log services have been fully restored, and all log data is now available. No log data has been lost.
