Delayed DNS Traffic logs on EU-01

We have identified a message lag in our queue processing system. If current trends remain consistent, we expect this backlog to clear within approximately 12 hours. As it processes, affected logs should begin to appear.
Important Note:
While this current message lag will be processed and resolved, the underlying issue which caused this delay has not yet been resolved. We have determined that the tunneling service is responsible for the delay; however, we are still investigating why this is happening.
Next Steps
- Root Cause Analysis: We are actively investigating the tunneling service and other potential contributors to the log delays.
- Monitoring & Updates: We will closely monitor the queue backlog to confirm it is decreasing.

Some logs from around 10:00 AM CET are now appearing, although not all are visible yet. We have increased resources significantly to rule out capacity constraints, but this has not fully resolved the log delays. We will continue to monitor and investigate the tunneling service for any remaining issues.

We are currently experiencing an issue where log data appears to be missing or significantly reduced for our EU-01 resolvers. While Threats & Content updates remain current and DNS queries continue to function, customers may notice incomplete or absent DNS Traffic logs in their dashboards. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
DNS resolution itself is not impacted; queries continue to resolve as expected.
