Many of our systems have recovered, while the remaining systems will be restored in the next few minutes. We will keep monitoring the situation.

Dear Customers,
We are currently experiencing an outage of several services in our “Main” region. This is most likely due to an issue with our cloud provider (https://exoscalestatus.com/). As a result, signing in to the admin portal currently produces an error, and the logging pipeline is also affected.
DNS resolution itself is not impacted; queries continue to resolve as expected.
Please note that if you have been migrated or are using any other region, you are not affected by this issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our team is working on a remediation, and we will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
