We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting the resolver upgrade process has been fully resolved. Our team has deployed a fix that corrects the configuration error, and subsequent tests confirm that all functionalities are now operating as expected.
Please note that your resolver’s functionality was not affected during this incident. If your resolver still appears as unavailable, please refer to the recovery instructions provided to you directly.
As a preventive measure, we are also initiating a definition sync to ensure that all configurations remain aligned and to help prevent similar issues in the future.

We have identified the root cause of the issue: a configuration error in the Admin Portal during upgrade/update requests. This error has led to resolvers displaying as “unavailable” and upgrades not completing fully.
Important Note:
Even though the status may appear incorrect, please be assured that your resolution is not affected in any way.
As a precaution, we have temporarily disabled the upgrade and update options in the Admin Portal until a permanent fix is deployed. Our team is actively working on a resolution, and we will keep you updated via Statuspal.
