Threats, DNS traffic and Content Logs Visibility Issue
Updates
Status
Log visibility in the Admin Portal has been fully restored. All DNS Traffic, Threat, and Content Logs are now populating as expected.
Verification of Historical Data
The vast majority of log records from the outage window (20 Jun 2025 08:00 – 13:30 CEST) have already been restored. Our team is validating the remaining few entries to ensure the dataset is fully complete and accurate.
We appreciate your patience while we resolved this issue. If you observe any remaining anomalies, please reach out to support@whalebone.io.
Current Status
- Live data flowing: New DNS Traffic, Threat, and Content Logs are again visible in the Admin Portal.
- Historical backlog: Logs generated before ≈ 13:30 CEST are still being propagated into the database. DNS Traffic has the largest backlog and will take the longest to appear.
What We’re Doing
- Continuing the back-fill of historical logs.
- Closely monitoring dashboards to confirm full recovery.
Next Update
We’ll post another update within the next 2 hours or sooner once historical logs are fully restored.
