AM-01 Resolver Cache Updates

What happened
For roughly two days, servers in our AM-01 region stopped pulling the latest security updates. DNS look-ups still worked, but fresh threat data—and any changes to customer allow/deny lists—were not applied.

Impact
Protection relied on outdated data, and newly added list entries had no effect during this window.

Resolution
We fixed the root cause on 30 June. All resolvers immediately downloaded every pending update and configuration change, restoring normal operation that same day.
