Delayed policy propagation on EU-01 resolvers
Updates
The issue that paused domain-database refreshes on EU-01 was cleared at 13:20 UTC, 11 July 2025. All on-prem resolvers have returned to their regular 15-minute update cycle.
All policy changes accumulated during the interruption have now been applied automatically—no further action is required on your side.
We’ll continue to closely monitor the platform. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise for the disruption.
What’s happening?
Since 22:30 UTC on 10 July 2025, a subset of resolvers in the EU-01 environment has not received the scheduled 15-minute domain database refresh. Recent policy changes (e.g., block/allow lists) applied after that time may therefore not yet be active on those resolvers.
What’s NOT affected
• DNS resolution continues to work normally.
• Existing policies remain enforced.
Our actions so far
We’ve identified the root cause and applied an immediate mitigation. We’re now monitoring the next update cycles to confirm the normal 15-minute rhythm is restored.
After the fix
Once the domain database refresh process is restored, all policy changes made during the outage will be propagated automatically—no further action is required on your side.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to restore normal operation.
