Aura Management DB – Planned Maintenance from 2025-12-07 00:00 CET to 2025-12-07 03:07 CET

Completed – The planned maintenance on the Aura Management DB (retail-db migration) has been successfully completed.

We migrated the DB instance to a new cluster within the announced window. During the change, the Aura UIs (mainly ECP) and related APIs (mainly Management API) in the main region were unavailable for roughly 2 hours, as expected.

All services are back online, monitoring and alerting have been re-enabled, and initial checks (including DB generation and data consistency) are healthy. We will continue to closely monitor behaviour during the morning traffic peak. No actions are required on your side.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We will perform a planned maintenance on the Aura Management DB in our main region to migrate the Retail DB to prevent incident we experienced in last few months.

During this window, the Aura management interface and related APIs will be unavailable for customers in this region. The expected duration is 3–4 hours and the work will be carried out during weekend night hours to minimize impact on end users.

No actions are required on your side. Your monitoring systems may report alerts while requests accumulate during the maintenance, but these should resolve automatically after the maintenance is completed.
