Alerting system outage

Between November 15, 14:00 UTC and November 18, 20:00 UTC, our alerting system experienced a partial to complete outage. As a result, some alerts configured in Admin Portal → Alerts were not delivered during this period.

We have identified the root cause as a network misconfiguration within the service. Our team has resolved the issue and is implementing additional safeguards to prevent similar incidents in the future.
