Management API – Degraded performance on write operations
Updates
All previously delayed DNS traffic logs have now been fully processed and are visible in the portal.
The incident is resolved and the service is operating normally again.
Retail Management (Retail) API write operations (POST/PUT/DELETE) are now fully operational and all current API calls are being processed normally.
We are now replaying missing DNS traffic logs from the affected period. These may still appear with a delay, but we do not expect any data loss.
We will confirm once DNS traffic log processing is fully caught up.
We are still seeing intermittent latency and timeouts on some Management (Retail) API write operations (POST/PUT/DELETE), while read (GET) requests remain available. The situation has improved compared to the start of the incident, but some operations may still be slow or fail. Our team is actively working on clearing the remaining backlog and verifying normal behavior of all operations.
We are currently seeing degraded performance on Management (Retail) API write operations (POST/PUT/DELETE) starting around 14:00 UTC.
Some requests may experience higher latency or timeouts, while read (GET) requests remain fully functional.
Our team is working to restore normal performance and is closely monitoring the situation.
