The issue causing delays in displaying DNS traffic data in the Whalebone Admin Portal has been resolved.
DNS traffic data is now fully processed and up to date in the portal.
We have identified the issue causing delays in displaying DNS traffic data in the Whalebone admin portal.
DNS resolution and protection remain fully operational – only the display of data in the portal is affected.
All delayed DNS traffic data is being processed and we expect it to be fully visible in the portal within the next 3 hours.
We are currently experiencing delays in our logging pipeline.
Some customers may see delayed or temporarily incomplete data in the Whalebone portal starting from approximately 9:50am UTC.
DNS protection and resolution are fully operational – this only affects how quickly data appears in dashboards.
Our team has identified the issue in our internal messaging infrastructure and is working to reduce the delay and restore normal operation.
