Threats dashboard data delayed

The issue with delayed / missing data in the Threats dashboard has been resolved and data processing is back to normal since Dec 2025 11:00 UTC.
For some customers, part of the logs from 9 Dec 2025 15:30 UTC to 10 Dec 2025 11:00 UTC could not be recovered and will remain missing in the Threats dashboard (the exact time window may differ per customer).
DNS resolution and threat blocking were not affected during this incident.
We’re currently having an issue with our logging data processing system that affects the Threats dashboard in the Portal.
You may see missing or incomplete data there starting yesterday 9.12. 15:30 UTC. This is a reporting-only issue – DNS resolution and threat blocking are working normally.
Our team is working on the fix and we’ll let you know once the Threats dashboard is back to normal.
