Degraded dashboard data freshness

The incident causing delayed or missing dashboard data has been resolved and dashboards are returning to normal.

Today we observed two separate impacts:

DNS traffic dashboards: Data was delayed due to reduced ingestion performance. Backfill is in progress and delayed DNS data is being filled as time passes.

Threat data dashboards: A limited time window was impacted and, unfortunately, some threat events from that window cannot be recovered.

We are investigating why monitoring did not alert us as expected and will implement improvements to reduce the chance of similar delayed detection in the future.

We are investigating an issue causing delayed or missing dashboard data for some customers. This impacts Threat data visibility and DNS traffic dashboards (data may be delayed by ~1 hour or more).
