Degraded Management API performance (timeouts)

Our cloud provider has applied mitigations and reports that systems should be back to nominal. We are seeing recovery on our side as well and will continue monitoring to ensure no further issues are observed.
In the last ~10 minutes, the Management API has been operating normally and timeouts have subsided. We can see that issue is resolving, but we will keep monitoring closely and are also waiting for confirmation from our cloud provider regarding full recovery in the region.
We are investigating an issue causing intermittent Management API timeouts and, in some cases, responses like “invalid combination of access key and secret key.” Impact appears limited to a subset of customers.
Our upstream provider is reporting increased network latency/packet loss in the same region (their status page), which is causing these timeouts.
No action is required at this time — please do not rotate keys unless instructed by support (the message can be misleading during this degradation).
