Scheduled Maintenance: Admin Portal Database Migration from 2026-10-27 23:00 CET to 2026-10-27 23:59 CET

We will perform scheduled maintenance to migrate the Admin Portal database from our legacy infrastructure to a new cluster within same cloud provider.

The migration is required to address current infrastructure capacity constraints and improve service stability.

Maintenance window:
Expected downtime: Approximately 15 minutes.

Expected impact:

• Admin Portal will be temporarily unavailable.
• Policy generation and some real-time updates may be interrupted. Failed operations are expected to be retried after restoration.

DNS resolution and existing threat protection will remain unaffected.

Migration and rollback:

• The existing database will remain available for rollback.
• If the migration encounters issues, we can revert to the original database by rerouting traffic through the load balancer.

We will verify service availability after the migration and provide an update once maintenance is completed.
