Azure Front Door CNAME DNS Issue: Clear Resolver Cache to Fix Stale Entries

In the last 24hours we have seen issues with domains that have CNAME entries pointing to Azure Front Door.

Clearing the cache on your resolver will clear the stale entries and allow for new ones to be fetched, resolving issues with popular websites not opening for end users.

To perform a cache clear, head to Admin Portal, then Resolvers tab and click on the 3 dots next to your resolver and select “Clear resolver cache”.
