Temporary issue installing Docker via apt (Ubuntu/Debian)

We’re seeing a temporary upstream issue in Docker’s package repository where the containerd.io package referenced by apt is unavailable (404). This can cause new installations of our resolver stack to fail when installing Docker (and may also affect apt upgrade on hosts using Docker’s apt repo).

We’re monitoring the upstream fix and will remove this notice once resolved.
